About me
Recently, I spent two years studying Interaction Design at Malmö University, where I had an active role in a broad
range of collaborative projects.
I was briefly employed by Arvato, putting together prototypes
for their online payment
solution, until they replaced me with an algorithm.
Before that, I helped maintain city parks, worked as a translator, held a job as a janitor, farmed
cucumbers, studied Art
History, and earned a master’s degree in Graphic Design.
In practice, my erratic background and hybrid skills make me do well at the meeting point of interaction
aesthetics and technology. Most often, this means asking questions through prototypes: depending on the
situation, I sketch with pen and paper, hardware, software, electronics, or code.
That said, I am concerned with the why (or why not) of design, and believe design to be at
its most meaningful when rooted in people’s everyday lives. As a good listener, I’ve also proven myself
useful in qualitative research. What drives me, really, is a curiosity about how
people and things shape each other.
